Own-sponsored care of about 500 employees at the Duisburg site Close and trusted cooperation with the business as a strategic partner*in Proactive control of all HR processes such as personal planning, recruitment, onboarding and talent management Recruitment of specialists and executives Identification of talents and potentials, coordination and support of development measures Acceptance of responsibility for all personal key figures and derivation of necessary measures and recommendations Confidential and constructive cooperation with the works council Initiation and support of organisational changes and change processes Acquisition of Conceptual Project and Special Tasks in the HR Area for Continuous Optimization of Processes Preparation and implementation of moderations, workshops and meetings

Successfully completed studies in the subjects of economics (focus on human resources/organization), psychology, law or the like; or comparable degree Multiannual professional experience in personnel; strong consulting and solution competence in all key HR issues Communication skills with employees of different hierarchical levels also in conflict situations Knowledge of German labour law and company constitutional law Clear business orientation, high degree of organizational capacity, flexibility and loadability as well as independent working High interest to acquire a profound understanding of our business and its challenges Ideally experience in monitoring change processes and/or modern personnel development Independent working, hand-on mentality, organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, strong team and communication skills as well as a high degree of responsibility, discretion and trustworthiness Very good MS Office knowledge Very good English knowledge
