Senior Controller (m/f/d)

You are interested in financial and controlling topics? In our role as Senior Controller (m/w/d) at Wethje Carbon Composites GmbH, you take a central role in the commercial control and financial environment, and with sound analyses, meaningful reporting and your involvement in cross-departmental projects, you contribute significantly to actively developing the business performance of the company.

Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS incl. Reporting as well as current key figures and cost-carrying accounts Support for budget, cost and financial planning as well as forecasting and forecasting calculations Implementation of cost, economics and investment analyses incl. Identification of cost reduction potentials Participation in annual accounts as well as central contact for auditors and internal commercial processes Implementation of FI/CO projects and ad hoc evaluations and data-based analysis and interpretation of business figures

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by further training (specialist/operator) or economic studies as well as several years of controlling experience in the industrial environment Very good knowledge of commercial processes and well-founded experience in accounting according to HBG and IFRS Basic knowledge of financial accounting and fiscal law Experience in project management and process optimization, including application of CO/FI-ERP systems Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) as well as good German and English knowledge in word and font (mind B2)
