Your tasks – here your expertise comes into play: Projecting and implementing: You plan smaller measures and implement projects of energy and building technology independently Control of external partners: The assignment, guidance and monitoring of external service providers in the implementation of maintenance and modernization projects are your tasks Performance directories and tenders: You create performance directories and conduct alerts including documentation Electrical planning: You produce technical diagrams and planning documents Project budget: You have cost planning, control and control over all phases of the project Developing standards: Technical standards are updated and developed by you Interface Operation: You represent operating interests when handing over from project development and construction management and ensure a smooth transition to the operation

Your profile – professionally strong, personally convincing: Education: You are a master craftsman of electrical engineering, technicians (m/w/d) or bring a comparable qualification with Experience: You have collected first professional practice in a comparable position (building technology/facility management/project execution) Leadership & Organisation: A sovereign approach to technicians and trainees (m/w/d), a structured way of working and enforcement External coordination: You are routined in the control of engineering offices and service providers Mindset: Own responsibility, commitment, reliability, strong customer and service orientation as well as team and communication strength complete your profile
