Your tasks - shape the future together: As part of our work law team, Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG and other companies from the Würth Group will advise you in a challenging and varied environment. You develop practical solutions, accompany important decisions and represent the interests of the company with professional sovereignty and ophthalmology. You process work and personal questions independently and professionally independently for Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG as well as other companies of the Würth Group. You advise executives, HR and management in a solution-oriented and comprehensible manner in all individual and collective labour law issues and thus create a resilient basis for sound decisions. Together with HR, the Head of Labour Law and the Management Board, you will accompany negotiations with the Works Council and bring your labor expertise in a sovereign and practical way. In addition, design, negotiate and check operating arrangements, regulatory agreements and labour law documents of all kinds with regard to legal certainty, practicality and feasibility. Extrajudicial votes and negotiations with external lawyers will guide you professionally, responsibly and with a clear view to the interests of the company. You represent the companies of the Würth Group extrajudicially as well as in the labour courts and control labour law procedures with the required liability and care. You are also involved in strategic and basic labour law issues and help identify legal risks at an early stage and develop viable solutions. In addition, you follow relevant developments in legislation and jurisdiction, derive concrete recommendations for action and contribute to continuously developing labour law standards and processes.

Your profile - grow together: You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) and have successfully completed both state exams. Ideally, you already have professional experience in a firm or in a legal or legal person. Personnel department with a focus on labour law.
