Coordination and communication of growth targets, strategies, budgets and targets between suppliers and local OQEMA teams

Funded understanding of raw materials, supplier landscapes and value chains in the field of Home & Personal Care
Proven experience in strategic negotiations and contract management
Ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurial in a complex, international environment
Embossed communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured, analytical and result-oriented working methods
Very good knowledge of English required; German knowledge of advantage
