At the Nietiedt Group, you take responsibility for our real estate and properties and ensure that our locations are operated safely, functionally and economically. We invest in new buildings and existing properties are increasingly being transformed into property. For this we extend our team and look for reinforcement.

You are responsible for the technical, infrastructural and commercial management of all Nietiedt Group properties. Maintenance, maintenance and repair measures are controlled independently and coordinate external service providers and craft businesses. You plan and accompany reconstruction, renovation and new construction projects in close coordination with the management and external architects and specialist planners. You can ensure compliance with legal requirements for operator responsibility at all properties. You manage lease, lease and service contracts, negotiate new contracts and keeps costs and conditions in mind. You continuously analyze energy and operating costs and develop measures to optimize and sustain our locations. You are a central contact person for authorities, insurance companies and internal specialist departments and assists in the purchase and sale of commercial properties.

You have a completed degree in facility management, real estate management, civil engineering or industrial engineering – as an alternative to a technical training with further training as a master/technical technician and relevant professional experience. Multiannual professional experience in facility or real estate management, ideally from a medium-sized, industrial or commercial environment. Finding knowledge of contract management, construction and project management is a key feature. You combine technical understanding with commercial thinking and also evaluate structural aspects economically. Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented work is self-evident for you, even with several parallel projects. Communication strength and negotiation skills in handling service providers, authorities and internal contact persons complete your profile. You are safe in dealing with MS Office, ideally supplemented with experience with an IMS or comparable CRM software, and also brings travel readiness to the locations of the Nietiedt Group in addition to a class B driving licence.
