In this role, you contribute your expertise in accounting, taxes and reporting, while driving forward the further development and digitization. We are looking for you as a Senior Accounting Officer (m/w/d) as a specialist manager for accounting in our headquarters.

Your tasks: You are the competent contact person for complex questions and brings your expertise to all relevant topics You take over the management of the accounting department manager and receive the technical management You actively work in all areas of accounting – including reporting You develop existing processes, introduce new processes and ensure their sustainable optimization You drive the digitalization and modernization of accounting You participate in disclosure documents and bring an important input here You create and coordinate process descriptions as well as work instructions and thus ensure transparency and quality in the processes You participate in the performance of tax duties and support the further development of the tax internal control system You bring your expertise into working circles and design technical topics beyond your direct tasks You guide projects and working groups and promote sustainable change

Your profile: You have an apprenticeship as a banking businessman (m/w/d) or an economic study – in each case supplemented by appropriate professional training Ideally, you could already gain experience with a cooperative bank You'll bring sound knowledge in banking accounting, taxes and reporting You ideally combine process and business know-how with successful project experience You think analytical, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented and convince by a secure judgment You work collaboratively, team- and conflict-proof, and you are also constructively approaching demanding votes. You communicate confidently and build sustainable networks
