For our location in ratings, where we are responsible for the sale and distribution of fire protection and fastening materials, we are currently looking for a customer-oriented inside sales representative.

The Inside Sales Representative is a commercial position where your main task is to get in touch with customers by phone and online. Other important tasks are the processing and tracking of offers, the maintenance of important data in our sales tools such as Salesforce and SAP.

They shall ensure that the offers and orders meet the agreed requirements. Through your technical knowledge and advanced commercial skills, you build strong relationships with our customers, the field staff and other colleagues.

You are characterized by your strong communication skills and your self-confident appearance. Through your targeted operation and enforcement capability, you are able to capture and solve complex issues in the field of fire suppression products and segments. Your profile is rounded off by a self-responsible operation and negotiation strength combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. They improve customer satisfaction through commercial activities along with the external service and the customer service team.

Completed commercial / technical training They have a commercial attitude and are sales-oriented. They are quality, solution and customer oriented. High team skills, organizational talent and very good time management Good knowledge of ERP/SAP, CRM Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). They possess excellent communicative skills and are verbal and written strong in German and English. 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the sales service
