Own responsible order processing from the order to the invoice Creation of order confirmations, invoices, credits and shipping documents Appointment with manufacturing and ensuring delivery date accuracy Disposition of material as well as coordination with purchasing and other locations Export processing including certificate of origin and preferential examination Central interface between sales, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and accounting Contact person (m/w/d) for customers and internal departments

Completed commercial or technical training Multiannual experience in a manufacturing company Customer-oriented thinking and organizational talent Structured, independent working and negotiation skills Very good German and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems Industry knowledge of electrical engineering
