In your internship at an internationally leading medical technology company, you are in the middle of it only: you support our Human Resources team in innovative projects, deepen your expertise and gain practical experience that will keep you professional and personal. You will gain insights into the day-to-day operating business where you actively support HR Business Partners and learn about the human resources management of an international group in practice. You are working independently on projects in the areas of employee care, personnel development and administration. You are responsible for organizing and coordinating events, seminars and workshops. You have the opportunity to introduce and implement your own projects and ideas. In addition, you work closely with other areas as part of interdisciplinary activities and get to know different interfaces of the company. You have the opportunity to work up to three days a week from home.

Your high self-initiative and openness as well as a strong interest in modern staff work and service orientation motivate you to take on challenging tasks both independently and in the team. Your positive and communication-strong personality makes it easy for you to approach internal and external contacts and establish new contacts. You study economics, psychology, sociology, pedagogy, law or medical technology, ideally with a focus on personnel, and are in an advanced semester. Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications as well as very good knowledge of German and English allows you to easily communicate in our international environment.
