Responsible management and control of (partial) projects in the field of business development Introducing the medical perspectives into project management, in particular to assess projects in terms of quality of supply, clinical feasibility and medical benefits Development and implementation of project plans, milestones and resource strategies Management of project teams and coordination of internal and external stakeholders Preparation and moderation of project bodies, workshops and decision-making Creation of decision templates, status reports and presentations for project management and project steering circle Proactive analysis and management of project risks, dependencies and target conflicts Self-monitoring and controlling compliance with quality standards, schedules and budgets Development of PM Structures, Methods and Tools

Graduate degree in human medicine Further training in the field of project management or comparable Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in healthcare or in complex, interdisciplinary projects Designed analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods You have an innovative mindset and like to think beyond the edge of the plate in order to develop projects sustainably Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity Secure handling of MS Office, project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and digital collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint)
