Quality Technician (m/f/d)

Conducting process-accompanying tests Participation in carrying out product audits (ear-down analyses, QKZ, EKZ) or Process audits (OSI audit) Opening and documentation of batteries (ear-down analysis) from the production to determine and evaluate possible causes of failure and to limit errors Participation in carrying out correlation analyses and other tests Classification/evaluation/ further processing of defective units Procurement/delivery of defined samples Working with the support of pattern construction and zero series on site Proposals/Working of corrective and preventive measures Evaluation of measurement series Dealing with various software (infinity, databases, etc.) Support for document management in the area

Required qualification: 3 years of professional training (quality specialist etc.) or equivalent knowledge acquired due to several years of professional experience Other requirements: Structure, function and production sequence as well as electrical operation of lead starter batteries Implementation of product/process audits Handling of hazardous substances Statistics Quality management Audits according to the regulations of the automotive industry Quality Technology Q/QA of DGQ · Good knowledge of German and English
