(Senior) Project Manager Sales Concept / Transaction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the commercial, technical and legal sales preparation of single-family houses and the conversion of multi-family houses into condominiums You’ll find out about the object selection, get objects and evaluate object-specific opportunities and risks You take over the structured design and implementation of real divisions, divisions according to WEG and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements In addition, you will check conditions, restrictions and social charters from possible purchase and financing contracts and customise special rights themes As an experienced Sparring partner, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. asset management, law, sales, notaries, authorities)

You have a well-founded real estate training (e.g. real estate businessman, real estate specialist:in or comparable) and have developed it ideally through additional qualifications You have many years of professional experience in sales preparation, the conception and conversion of residential properties and have already implemented complex projects independently You have good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and ideally polyEstate You draw your attention through flexibility, commitment and team skills Your structured and result-oriented way of working as well as your communication strength in word and writing complete your profile Travel readiness does not pose a problem for you
