You are part of the HR team, which covers the wide range of personnel work in a medium-sized company – and in various topics even closely cooperates with our parent companies You support personnel management in day-to-day operations You will gain insight into typical tasks and activities of a HR department from A to Z You can use the design and regular updating of HR document templates as well as the pre- and post-processing of HR processes You support current HR projects and independently take over smaller subprojects

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in the field of psychology, human resources management, BWL or a comparable degree program First experiences in the HR environment desirable Embossed schedule and reliability A high level of discretion in handling confidential personal information Analytical, systematic and structured working methods Safe handling of the entire MS Office product range Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
