Advising executives and employees in all compliance-relevant matters Structure and Coordination of Implementation and Development of the Compliance Management System Enlightenment of possible compliance violations at national and international companies in the division Cooperation with regional and international compliance partners and local stakeholders (w/w/d) in implementing the compliance management system Implementation of preventive risk analyses with regard to the susceptibility of companies to conduct business criminal activity and identification of indications for possible misconduct Development, coordination and implementation of further preventive measures, in particular training, risk assessments, business partner reviews

Successfully completed study of law or economics or a comparable course of study Multi-year professional experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good presentation and communication skills Analytical and conceptual thinking High self-motivation, driving themes and developing solutions independently Embossed team orientation International readiness
