The residential and care center Havelland GmbH (WPZ) is the largest provider of stationary old care in the county. We are represented with four senior nursing centres throughout the Havelland, with us more than 312 full-time employees and 55 own trainees. With this special management training program, we offer professional entry into the future healthcare industry with the aim of developing you targeted and practice-oriented for the long-term adoption of a responsible leadership position in our home. You should bring this with you: A degree of study or an ongoing study in economics, social science, nursing science, BWL/VWL, health management, healthcare or comparable qualification is desirable, with a focus on hospital management and/or health economics.
