What you can do with us: You conduct the ''Team Young'' according to the management principles of Sparkasse Neuss You develop and coach the employees and the team professionally and digitally You are responsible, holistic and digitally assigned customers in the private customer segment You intensify existing customer connections and secure a high penetration in the customer portfolio you are responsible for You permanently secure the operational implementation of our strategic objectives together with the center management of the Digital Advisory Center You take the responsibility for your assigned team to take appropriate measures to achieve our plan values You represent the ''Team Young'' in bodies and projects You actively participate in building the new Digital Advisory Centre

You will convince us: You have a completed training to the bank clerk You are a business economist or have a comparable qualification You have a WpHG competence and can advise IDD-compliant You are extremely sales and customer oriented You bring a pronounced digital affinity and competence with You have leadership skills You draw your attention through a high level of readiness, sense of responsibility, as well as communication and decision-making You bring knowledge of the private product range
