Kitchen assistant – Herrieden retirement home (m/f/d)

As a Küchhilfe (m/w/d) with 20-25 hours/week, you support our team in the food supply of our residents:inside. You make an important contribution to the quality of life in everyday life. With your use, you will ensure a smooth running in the kitchen and help our residents feel well looked after and welcome.

About our institution

The Caritas-Seniorenheim Herrieden is an institution in ecclesiastical institutions and offers a well-maintained home for elderly and nursing people. Our house is characterized by an esteeming coexistence, a dedicated team and short decision-making.

We work closely with care, technology and administration in the field of domestic business. We maintain open communication, respect good integration and promote cooperation across domain boundaries. Team events, training and mutual support are of course for us.

Tasks

• You support for pre- and post-processing of meals** while maintaining hygienic standards
• You take over roll work and cleaning tasks in the kitchen area
• You help with the Sales of food to residents: inside
• You work closely with the Küchsteam and other areas
• Note the ** regulations for food and kitchen hygiene

Profile

• Ready for weekend and holiday service
• Reliable and careful operation
• Joy in dealing with elderly people
• First experience in the kitchen or gastronomy (required, but not absolutely necessary)
• Basic knowledge of hygiene regulations
• Positive attitude to service with a church institution
