For the functional area “Digitalization and Production Systems” of WIRTGEN GROUP, based at JOSEPH VÖGELE AG in Ludwigshafen, we are looking for a full-time, unlimited and full-time Junior Product Manager – Digital Solution Benchmarking (m/w/d)

Implementation of market, competitive analyses and benchmarking Systematic identification and evaluation of potentials in the value chains of road construction and building materials production Turning out and quantifying customer use of a digital solution based on reference models Creation of sales-supporting materials and coordination of marketing communication Support in the definition and specification of digital products in the field of networked digitalization and automation of road construction processes Accompanying the introduction and measurement of product success Cooperation in a cross-functional, international team

Higher education (master degree with an engineering or business background) or completed technical training including professional experience Experiences in product management, especially in the areas of mobile work machines or digitalization Ideal knowledge in the field of road, underground or earth construction Excellent communication skills as well as a pronounced target- and result-oriented thinking Special motivation for creating customer experiences and generating real values High level of team and moderation capability, flexibility and resilience German and English language skills in word and writing
