Network Maintainer / Network Technician (m/f/d)

Planning, installation and maintenance of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN) Configuration and management of network components such as switches, routers and firewalls (Cisco, HP, Juniper) Establishment and maintenance of VLANs, VPNs and Wi-Fi management systems Monitoring and optimization of network performance with monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG, Nagios) Implementation and support of security solutions such as IDS/IPS systems Error analysis and fixation in network problems Network infrastructure documentation and technical reports Support in the integration of cloud networks and hybrid infrastructures

Completed IT training or studies in the field of network technology, computer science or comparable qualification Experience in the administration and care of networks First knowledge of Cisco, HP or Juniper technologies and network protocols Ideally familiar with firewall configuration, VPN technologies and network segmentation Analytical thinking, team skills and independent working Very good German knowledge and good English skills
