These are your tasks Working in expert teams and processing of IT tickets Consumption, analysis and documentation as the first contact person for orders, enquiries, disturbances and problems Implementation of problem identification, error analysis and problem solution via ticket system, email or phone Processing of technical and application-specific questions Configuration and installation of software and hardware Planning and implementation of rollouts Migrations of operating systems and accounts Creation and regular updating of tutorials, documentation and knowledge bases for our end user wiki and our own support team Wiki

This will bring you Complete training in IT, preferably as a specialist in IT:in for system integration or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of MS operating systems and standard software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Windows 11, Jira, Confluence) Cross-disciplinary thinking in the context of an IT service management German knowledge and good English skills High level of customer, service and solution orientation, communication strength and team capacity
