As group leader Missile Launcher (m/w/d), you play a central role in the operational implementation and further development of our product range within the Product Unit Missile Launchers & Combat Modules. In close coordination with the department management and product managers, you contribute to the successful development, integration and delivery of modern launcher systems for missiles and Loitering ammunition in the international environment. You combine technical know-how with leadership and ensure the efficient implementation of projects. In doing so, you place particular emphasis on a team-centric leadership style that is geared to trust, ownership and targeted further development. In addition, you take over the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team as well as further development of organisation, competencies and structures Management of development and integration projects taking into account time, costs, quality and customer requirements Ensuring efficient processes and building an active competence and knowledge management Participation in the strategic development of products and support in technology and roadmap topics Ensuring system integration, interoperability and support for partnerships and sales activities

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in the development or integration of complex technical systems, ideally in the defence environment Knowledge of Missile Systems, System Integration or Military Platforms Deteachable leadership experience in technical organisations Experience in handling international customers, ideally in the NATO environment Impressed ability to combine technological decisions with strategic and economic objectives, coupled with high communication strength and safe occurrence at management and customer level Very good knowledge of German and English
