In this role, you actively shape the digital future of maintenance by helping our customers operate plants, vehicles and technical systems more efficiently, more secure and sustainable You analyze existing maintenance, disruption, and asset data, and derive data-based optimization concepts ranging from predictive maintenance approaches to holistic digital maintenance strategies The use of modern technologies, such as IoT sensor technology, condition monitoring, data platforms and AI-based analyses, is a targeted step forward and, together with our customers, develop innovative solutions In close cooperation with technical experts, IT teams and operational maintenance areas of our customers, you ensure that technical requirements are translated into sustainable digital solutions You take responsibility in the project by structuring requirements, facilitating stakeholders, preparing decisions and presenting results clearly and convincingly Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, transport, engineering, economic engineering, maintenance technology or a comparable field of expertise Several years of experience in the maintenance of vehicles, plants or technical systems in the transport environment, ideally with a strong relation to digital processes or IT-supported systems You have knowledge of common maintenance and asset management systems, such as SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP EAM, solutions like IBM Maximo or comparable platforms. In addition, you are perfectly familiar with established maintenance and asset management methods such as preventive, condition-based or predictive maintenance and implements this sovereign The safe handling of data is one of your strengths by analyzing fault, usage and state data and deriving sound insights for optimization With your strong communication strength, you moderate workshops, bring technical and operational stakeholders together and explain complex relationships in a comprehensible way Very good German knowledge of C1 level and good English skills complete your profile
