As a young startup from Karlsruhe, we automate intralogistics. Our approach: Thinking automation flexibly – using remote-driving technology for forklift trucks and other industrial trucks. This allows us to achieve significant efficiency gains for our customers already today – and while we drive remotely and partially automated from our Europe-wide driving centers, we collect data for full automation. You develop and maintain our network software stack (mainly in C++ and Python) that ensures reliable communication between vehicle and remote station You analyze connection data and incidents from the field to identify network problems such as packet losses or latency spikes and implement sustainable solutions You integrate our connectivity software on the vehicle platforms and make sure that it runs in the different network environments of our customers You secure the stable transport of video and control data - focusing on network protocols and stability You are driving the technological roadmap by developing new features and implementing modern technologies to continuously increase the robustness and performance of our systems Expand and support our test infrastructure and CI pipelines to automatically simulate network scenarios and secure the quality of our updates

Software-Engineering Core: You have profound experience in Modern C++ (17 or later) and develop high-performance, stable applications. In addition, you are fit in Python for scripting, testing or tooling Networking Fundamentals: TCP/UDP, IP and Routing are not a new country for you. You understand how data packets travel and where You can get lost Connectivity & Wireless: You bring understanding of wireless transmission technologies (Wi-Fi, LTE/5G) and know how fluctuating network stability affects applications Real-time transport: You understand network protocols for real-time data (e.g. RTP/RTCP/SRT or WebRTC). Your focus is purely on the transmission level: You are the expert in ensuring that the transport path for our streams works stable and low in latency, regardless of the actual payload System & Tools: You feel at home in Linux environments. You don't only use tools like Wireshark or tcpdump, you understand what they're telling you to try complex problems Language: You speak German (from B2) and English to move safely in the team and in technical documentation
