You test, analyze and evaluate current developments in the financial market environment You translate customer requirements in cooperation with your team in IT You accompany the software development from idea to realization You stand in regular exchange with internal and external stakeholders and balance their requirements with customer requirements You actively participate in customer workshops, presentations and conferences You present solutions and concepts

Successfully completed studies of business management, business informatics or comparable training Professional experience in a bank or savings bank Ideally methodological knowledge of agile product and software development (e.g. design thinking, lean start-up, scrum) Structured, analytical and independent working methods Embossed problem-solving skills and fun at work in cross-functional teams Very high team capability Communication strength in German and ideal English
