You take over the planning, implementation and sustainable securing of our customer service training – online and in presence. Planning, organisation and preparation of customer service training Conducting multi-hour service trainings (online & presence) Development and implementation of project-specific service training Updating and developing training materials Implementation of sustainability training at work and online Support and development of customer advisors in telephony Support for methodological, technical and content issues Coachings including feedback & documentation Support for new employees in customer service Sustainability exercises in small groups to deepen the training content Ensuring compliance with project and quality requirements Regular coordination with project management, team management and training Ensuring transparent communication flows Regular exchange and coordination with contracting entities

Mind. 6 months experience as a service trainer Mind. 6 months coaching experience in customer service Experience in online training Own practical experience in telephone customer service Joy of service and customer orientation Very good linguistic ability, secure spelling Fast understanding and high learning skills Target-, solution- and success-oriented operation Independent, structured and team-oriented Ability to motivate and inspire people Enforceability, reflectivity and safe occurrence High flexibility, durability and organizational strength Safe handling of MS Office Car license required
