Strategic advice & analysis: As a strategic business partner, you will develop sound business analysis, identify potentials and risks and proactively advise management with clear recommendations for action to manage our business areas Planning & Reporting: You are responsible for the further development and coordination of our reporting as well as the support in operational planning and budgeting Management & Corporate Communications: You prepare advisory and strategy sessions and act as a central contact partnerin for the Group's participation controlling Interface Management: You act as a central interface between finance and operational management and create across-the-range transparency regarding strategy, earnings, finance and processes Project work: You accompany and evaluate investment projects and strategic projects from a business perspective Process optimization: You critically question existing processes and drive their optimization forward to continuously increase our efficiency

You have a completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable qualification You bring relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in the middle or a comparable dynamic environment, preferably in trade A high affinity for numbers as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills characterize you You are convinced by excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to bring complex facts to the point You act proactively, think foreseeingly and do not hesitate to appeal to unpleasant truths and to use you for your beliefs As a persuasive personality, you have pronounced social competencies, empathy and enforcement skills to act with different stakeholders at eye level Safe handling of MS Excel is of course, knowledge in SAP, LucaNet and PowerBI are a plus
