Your tasks: Advice and support of members and customers with regard to electronic banking services offered Securing and expanding revenues and sales performance, in customer and new customer business Ensuring smooth operation of all payment interfaces between customer and bank Support of corporate customer advisors around payment management Managing administrative tasks related to the Bank’s EBL services

Requested knowledge: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with bank-based background High service orientation and joy in dealing with people Structured, reliable and independent operation Teamability, Responsibility and Engagement Safe handling of common IT systems and bank-specific software
