As a production employee (m/w/d), you can support the production in a modern production environment and ensure that processes run reliably. In this role, you work carefully, actively and keep the quality in mind.

• You serve and monitor simple production facilities and pay attention to a smooth process.
• Materials and components are available for further processing.
• You carry out visual checks and thus support compliance with quality requirements.
• Packaging, sorting and transport activities are also part of your working day.
• Order and cleanliness in the work area.
• In case of malfunctions or vulnerabilities, you log this early and work with you in a solution-oriented manner.
• In Allendorf (Eder), you are part of a well-established production environment where reliability and team work count.

We are looking for

For the position as a production employee (m/w/d), you fit well if you like to work practically, carefully prep and stay focused on recurring tasks. Pre-experience from production is helpful, but no compelling prerequisite.

• Ideally, you bring first experience from production, production or a similar environment.
• A reliable and responsible working style is what distinguishes you.
• You like to work in the team and can safely implement instructions.
• Physical resilience and careful handling of materials are obvious to you.
• The working time is in the planned working time model.
• Layer models are used and you can adjust.
• A good understanding of order, quality and work security completes your profile.
