For our Schön Klinik Holding SE at the Vogtareuth site, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) to strengthen our HR team.

Teamwork and advice: close cooperation with staff representatives as well as active support in personnel and management consulting. Contracts: creation of contracts relevant to employment contracts and other documents. Data and system maintenance: management of HR software as well as care and organization of personal files. Fee settlement: implementation of preparatory measures for wage and salary accounting. Process development: co-design and continuous further development of existing HR processes as well as cooperation on digitization projects.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further training to the personal businessman or woman (IHK). You bring first professional experience in a comparable position, like in healthcare. You work carefully, structured, independent and reliable. You convince with organizational talent, service orientation, discretion and an open, solution-oriented communication style. You control the safe handling of the current MS Office applications and have knowledge of working and collective law.
