Construction and management of the new central department Strategic development of consultancy services for doctors: women, dentists: women or medical centres Development of counselling approaches and acquisition strategies Cutting point to departments and departments Building an external network (e.g. medical chambers, banks, lawyers) Support and coordination of demanding mandates Internal knowledge and skills
