Management activities for 6 employees Head of the department including the special fund, the charging station and accounting with paying agencies Linden, Bornum, Weferlingen and Klein Elbe Responsibility for the administrative management and the exercise of the central supervisory and control function for the entire field of property including Service instructions and support Accounting software Management of procurement, supervision of trainees and responsibility for health and safety at work Deputy Head of Work for broadband, finance and controlling

Economic plan and finance in the WLW Subsequent work Plant management, Committee opinions, Creation Fee calculation Weekly liquidity planning, investment management and debt and credit management Medium and long-term financial and investment planning and the establishment and implementation of the economic plan Regular reporting through the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, including appendix and report Responsibility for compiling and consolidating the financial statements WLW as well as compiling the financial statements and relevant key figures (annual accounts and balance sheet analysis) Implementation of asset accounting, cost accounting and inventory of ALW as well as the preparation of ALW's volume and financial statistics

Controlling and Risk Management in WLW

Participation in the examination of tax-related issues/ issues, e.g. TCMS

Costing of fees and charges as well as commercial operations (BgA) Costing of various household fees and charges and continuation of fees Creation of monthly sales tax pre-registrations for all WLW BgA's incl. Profit determinations as well as annual sales and corporate tax returns for all WLW's BgA's

You have at least completed bachelor's degree with a legal focus and at least two years of professional experience in the business sector; or You have at least completed bachelor's degree programme with a focus on business or tax law and at least two years of relevant professional experience in one of the two areas; or You have at least completed Bachelor's degree in Economics and an at least two-year professional experience in the business sector; or You have successfully completed the course of work II and have completed at least two years of professional experience in the business sector You already have leadership experience You possess sound and comprehensive commercial and business knowledge You will also be prepared to carry out activities outside the usual working time framework.
