You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the department Warehouse (incoming goods and exit goods, warehouse management, hazardous goods and security) in the central warehouse Büdelsdorf Your area of responsibility includes trusted cooperation with the team leaders, other department leaders and the department manager in the field of warehouse logistics You take over the inter-departmental interface function/communication You are responsible for the defined departmental objectives common to the department management You are responsible for simplifying and/or unifying processes and workflows (also across areas) and ensuring process documentation You take the solution finding for departmental and task specific problems

You have completed vocational training for the specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or a further training for the logistics master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You could already gain leadership experience in a comparable position and have well-founded professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics, paired with a hand-on mentality You have knowledge in handling warehouse management and ERP systems You are fit in the MS Office applications, especially in Word and Excel You have a good understanding of logistical processes, think economically, work independently and have a high level of implementation and enforcement You are resilient and have good organizational skills and high service and customer orientation You are communicative and have good knowledge of German in word and writing
