In our psychiatric hospital, around 17,000 patients are treated in seven independent clinics of different disciplines at seven locations each year in a stationary, daily clinical and outpatient manner. With around 1,850 employees, the clinic is one of the largest employers in the Heilbronn-Franken region. The Klinikum am Weissenhof is recognized as an academic teaching hospital at the University of Heidelberg and is involved in the teaching of psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine.

With us all food comes from our in-house kitchen. For us, it is particularly important to treat our patients with a variety of dishes. In our kitchen, about 800 meals are prepared daily.

Diet Assistant*in (w/m/d)

• comprehensive nutritional therapy / consultation of our patients with the aim of a health-promoting diet
• Ensuring and contributing to daily production
• Pre- and post-processing as well as final control of the band portioning
• Creating and preparing consultancy media
• Creation of diet, diet and diet plans for various dietary forms
• Planning all dietary forms and training of employees in preparation
• Ordering for all dietary foods
• Management of the interface between stations and food supply

Your profile

• completed training as a diet assistant*in
• Professional experience in an institution of health care with community care desirable
• Team and communication skills

• Class B licence for nutritional advice in our offices
