Property Manager - Expansion / Contract Management (m/f/d)

You personally manage our real estate portfolio and tax the entire life cycle of rental contracts – from creation to negotiation to monitoring deadlines. As a central contact person, you negotiate with landlords:inside, authorities and external partners:in order to successfully enforce our interests. You are actively driving our expansion by analyzing potential new locations and by using MS Excel to set up sound economic assessments as a basis of decision. You take over the project management during the acquisition of new locations, from the preparation of the contract documents to the successful integration into our network. In close cooperation with the management, you prepare decision-relevant data and actively develop our real estate strategy.

You have a completed degree in real estate, economic law, business or a comparable subject, alternatively a completed commercial, property-specific or legal training Ideally, from one year of professional experience in real estate management or contract management You have expertise in contract law, commercial and construction law You have a strong negotiation skills and a safe and professional appearance towards landlords:inside, business partners:inside and authorities You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and possess analytical thinking and understanding of economic relationships You are safe in dealing with current MS Office applications, especially Excel, and have a very good expression in word and font
