Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrical installer, system electronics, information and telecommunications electronics, or a comparable qualification Ideally, a further education to the technician or master or a study in the field of electrical engineering Embossed customer, service and solution orientation leadership skills as well as an appreciation and motivating handling of employees Self-employed, structured and responsible work Class B driving licence
