You organize and manage several parallel projects in different project phases and coordinate their smooth implementation You prepare customer appointments before and after, pick up offers in coordination with the management and support customer support You start qualified job request profiles, refer to the applicant, company and order database and process the candidate receipt by examining, assigning and updating the documents You conduct job interviews, judge candidates and implement various methods of taking suit You provide an AGG-compliant applicant management with security and coordination of internal and external job interviews You accompany candidates for interviews with companies and support them throughout the entire application process

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
