A central component is the securing of the medical emergency service outside the regular practice opening times. The Department of Personnel Operations Planning (PEP) is responsible for the planning of the occupation of emergency services practices, the disposition of doctors in the driving service, and the deployment planning for the video hours.

Support in the preparation, coordination and publication of medical services Support in data management Support for organisational processes and process improvements

Experience in data collection, planning or administration of advantage Careful, structured functioning and high sense of reliability Embossed service orientation and clear communication Safe handling of Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook) Good knowledge of German in word and writing Compulsory condition for this position is a valid enrollment certificate
