From the next time, we are looking for a commercial specialist (m/w/d) with a multi-day mobile office option in full-time (40 h) for parental leave at one of our locations in Heidelberg, Leipzig or Berlin. Your mission

You process in-depth customer concerns about insurance contracts, e.g. address clarifications or missing documents You conduct communication with our insurance partners and customers in questions or clarification cases You document processes cleanly and completely in our systems You keep the overview even at a high request volume You support the team in internal processes and contribute to optimization You are part of a motivated insurance team with the claim to offer our customers the best service

Completed commercial training, ideally related to the insurance industry First professional experience in expertise or customer service Experience in the independent and written processing of customer requests Very good expression in word and writing and communication strength Careful, structured and reliable functioning as well as team spirit and initiative Very good knowledge in a CRM system
