The M&A IT program in the field of corporate IT supports Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) deals and the current Uniper De-Investment pipeline. As IT project manager, you conduct and conduct IT-related M&A projects End-to-End in all phases of the project: Setup, Due Diligence (IT and Vendor), Prestudy, Separation (logical and/or physical and rebranding), Closing activities (Business Continuity), Transition and Transitional Services and Post Closure.   • Good understanding and technical knowledge in critical integration or carve-out topics, with the focus: infrastructure

  • Assets, Commercials, Licenses and Contracts (SLA)

  • Processes, Security, GDPR and Compliance

  • Business strategy, IT infrastructure and applications approach

  • Requirements for SAP separation and migration projects

  • Experience in typical management consulting skills, e.g. team formation with different cultural backgrounds, moderation of workshops, decision making with leading stakeholders, active management of change curves

  • Excellent communication skills and precise messages in word and writing from the operational level to the stakeholders of the upper management level, high-quality creation of presentation films

  • Proven experience in energy business areas preferred
