The M&A IT program in the field of corporate IT supports Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) deals and the current Uniper De-Investment pipeline. As IT project manager, you conduct and conduct IT-related M&A projects End-to-End in all phases of the project: Setup, Due Diligence (IT and Vendor), Prestudy, Separation (logical and/or physical and rebranding), Closing activities (Business Continuity), Transition and Transitional Services and Post Closure. While your main focus is on managing complex M&A IT programs, you also play a key role in broader IT initiatives by the company and use your project management expertise to support and carry out business-wide IT projects if necessary.

• Heading and coordination of cross-functional IT project teams including external consultants

• Manage the project in time, quality, costs and risks to achieve the defined goals

• Understand M&A objectives as input for IT project objectives

• Support (and take over responsibility) for the legal organization in the negotiation phase for all IT topics (Due Diligence (IT and Vendor), Transitional Services (TSA), Transition Projects ...)

• Work as an interface between the M&A project, the M&A IT program, the various Uniper IT teams and the business units

• Facilitating the decision-making process and problem-solving at operational and, in particular, at management level

• Implementation of a Corporate IT M&A Standard Technology, Processes and Methodology in the Project

• Develop a solid understanding of different business areas within Uniper to be accepted by Uniper's Business Leads as a meeting partner at eye level

• 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with proven track record of successful IT transformation projects (SAP, NON-SAP, Infrastructure), preferably within the framework of larger integration or deintegration initiatives

• Excellent analytical skills, structured working and safe handling of integration topics, including detailed planning tasks and problem-solving competence

• Good understanding and technical knowledge in critical integration or carve-out topics, with the focus: infrastructure

• Assets, Commercials, Licenses and Contracts (SLA)

• Processes, Security, GDPR and Compliance

• Business strategy, IT infrastructure and applications approach

• Requirements for SAP separation and migration projects

• Experience in typical management consulting skills, e.g. team formation with different cultural backgrounds, moderation of workshops, decision making with leading stakeholders, active management of change curves

• Excellent communication skills and precise messages in word and writing from the operational level to the stakeholders of the upper management level, high-quality creation of presentation films

• Proven experience in energy business areas preferred
