What should you bring?

• Experience: You have completed technical training or already experience as a machine operator
• Technical understanding: You bring a good technical understanding and can read and understand drawings and plans
• Flexibility: You are ready to work in shiftwork and adjust to different production tasks
• Team spirit: You value the team's collaboration, actively contribute to the improvement of workflows and have a high level of responsibility
• Language: at least B2 German level

What do you expect?

• Operation and control of machines: You are responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring production facilities

Ensuring quality: You carry out regular quality controls and ensure compliance with our high standards

Error diagnosis: In case of disturbances, you quickly identify the causes and contribute to problem solving

Documentation: You hold the production data and make it a complete documentation

Teamwork: You work closely with other machine leaders and the production team to guarantee a smooth process
