Yacht Insurance Customer Advisor | Sales in the field (m/f/d)

You win and meet national and international customers in the yacht area You advise owners, family offices, yacht managers, captains and other decision-makers on individual insurance solutions around yachts You develop existing customer relationships sustainably and unlock new business opportunities You represent Pantaenius at customer visits, international yachting events, trade fairs and industry events You work closely with insurers, brokers, yacht managers and other international partners You analyze risks, develop tailor-made insurance concepts and accompany the entire sales process You test market and industry trends and identify potentials for the further development of our yacht business Regular national and international travel activities are your responsibility

You have completed training or study, ideally in the insurance, financial, economic or maritime environment You bring first experience in sales or customer support and draw your attention through a pronounced service orientation Professional handling of international customers is easy for you You communicate safely in English in word and writing, English is indispensable for this position You convince by a sovereign appearance, high self-initiative and pronounced communication strength You work independently, structured, solution-oriented and reliable International travel and participation in industry events inspire you Ideally you have a passion for yachts, water sports or the maritime industry
