Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d)

You advise our member companies in collective and individual labour law and also represent them in court. You support procurement and contract law. You accompany our members in collective bargaining and support them in negotiations with works councils and trade unions. You are responsible for the technical cooperation in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. You represent the association in bodies of the main association of the German construction industry, as well as institutions from business, politics, universities and administration. You support the political association work in terms of content and monitor political legislative procedures. You create newsletters, presentations and opinions. You are also actively involved in the work of the association outside these tasks.

A completed university degree in law with a focus on labour, collective and social law – ideally with affinity for building and procurement law. First professional experience as an assistant, syndicate attorney or lawyer. Interest in economic and political processes in the construction industry. Structured and analytical methods with a high design strength, binding and winning appearance, as well as negotiation skills and enforcement capability. readiness to travel (day pendulum area) and a class B driving licence.
