Your job

Height-fitness: cleaning of glass and facade surfaces – even at larger heights using ladders, climbers and lifting platforms Cleaning competency: implementation of construction, basic and special cleaning (e.g. surgical cleaning) and cleaning of floors, textile coverings and upholstery Coating: Professional implementation of floor coatings and seals (PU) following basic cleaning Care: selection and proper use of cleaning agents, machines and equipment in compliance with all hygiene, safety and safety regulations Field of application: Main work site is Neckargemünd with fixed objects and customers Flexibility: Supporting the team at other locations, especially in Heidelberg Mobility: Service vehicle for operational journeys between the locations of use

Your profile

Qualification: Completed training as a building cleaner (w/m/d) or at least 3 years of professional experience in glass and building cleaning Professional experience: Multiannual experience in glass and special cleaning as well as sound knowledge in the handling of cleaning machines and chemical products Mobility: Class B licence required Care: Precise and conscientious processing of glass and surfaces Craftsmanship: experience in floor refurbishment, especially in PU seals Height capability: Safe working on ladders and lifting platforms Service orientation: High service and customer orientation as well as flexibility in terms of working time and location Working: Self-employed, reliable and careful with strong quality awareness Team skills: collegial behaviour, punctuality and flexibility in everyday work Loadability: Physically loadable and dizzy-free Language knowledge: Satisfied German knowledge in word and writing
