As an experienced Senior Recruiting Expert (w/m/d), you are a creative head and a strong personality. You feel the pulse of the labour market, understand the needs of our talents and continuously develop the Candidate Journey. With your entire active-sourcing power, you'll explore the most diverse channels according to suitable profiles and transform passive leads into enthusiastic talents that get pleasure in INFOMOTION. In close cooperation with our departments, you conduct personal planning talks, formally precise request profiles and develop a target-group-specific sourcing and recruiting strategy, which you are always optimising. You will participate in the expansion of our candidate network and talent pool. You’re testing the market, identifying new recruiting tools, methods and best practice approaches and driving their introduction together with your team. You support us in personal marketing and have the opportunity to introduce and develop you in other interesting projects.

You have completed a study with a focus on staff or comparable training. You bring more than 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting, active sourcing and in the professional direct language. You know the current recruiting trends and have a passion for talent acquisition. You bring a strong understanding of the challenges of the talent market and the Candidate Experience in the IT consulting environment – combined with high work speed and great service orientation. You have organisational strength and great enthusiasm to bring communicative talents. You can safely master the German and English language in word and writing.
