Data Strategy Manager KI Governance (m/f/d)

Supporting the strategic scaling of AI by introducing requirements and clear guidelines into our AI initiatives. Advising and empowering departments and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the implementation of AI projects, the classification of AI-use cases and the secure integration of AI functionalities into existing and new IT assets. Establish an AI governance framework with scalable processes and control mechanisms to comply with AI governance, including documentation, detection, risk assessment and preparation for internal and external audits. Development, maintenance and development of AI governance requirements for the safe and regulatory use of AI systems, in particular with regard to the EU AI Act, DORA and other relevant requirements. Stakeholder management and creation of decision templates on AI governance, regulatory risks, implementation levels and relevant reporting obligations, e.g. according to EU AI Act or DORA relevant AI risks. Complete study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, data science or comparable qualification Funded knowledge of EU AI Acts and IT and AI governance frameworks Multiannual experience with governance and regulatory in the financial services industry Sovereign work on interfaces between discipline, architecture and IT – You can clearly and understand complex facts Understanding Advanced Analytics, AI Applications and Process Automation is helpful Strategic thinking, conceptual strength and pragmatism in the implementation are both a structured way of working, communication strength and fun in interdisciplinary teamwork. Flowing German knowledge (Min. B2 – C1 level).
