Successfully completed studies of education, social education or social sciences or a comparable qualification Methodological knowledge of youth-centric counselling and experience with regional assistance in relation to different problems Hands-on mentality, pronounced social and counselling skills and communication skills Sovereign, empathic and service-oriented appearance in dealing with different target groups Representative organisational and team capacity Target-oriented, effective and self-employed work Flexible use as required, including in the evening hours
