About the area The Department of Studies and Teaching organizes the degree course of the Medical Faculty with currently 16 courses in the fields of medicine, biomedicine and health sciences. This includes the planning of teaching and testing as well as evaluation and quality management of teaching and the promotion of internationalization. Our bachelor's degree program combines clinical practice with academic teaching. It integrates the state examination and leads to professional approval as a midwife. Teaching and semester planning of the Bachelor's degree program Hebammenwissenschaft in coordination with the Dean of Studies and the practical coordination Coordination of the course and communication with the lecturers and the Examination Office Support of the relevant study commission Organisation and implementation of the application and selection procedure Coordination of the setting process and support of onboarding Student Marketing and Public Relations for the Study Program (Websites, social media, info events, alumni work) Advising students and students Conceptual development of the curriculum: management of development projects, ongoing quality development based on evaluation results, preparation of the study program documents for reaccreditation

Complete university studies, preferably related to health sciences Approval of profession as a midwife or practical experience in a health institution Experience in the course coordination desirable Ability to ensure reliable, efficient control of complex processes and willingness to assume responsibility for results Structured mode of operation and organizational institution: Short-term work tips can be handled and always keep an eye on the essentials Joy in team collaboration and competence for targeted, appropriate communication Very good German knowledge (at least C1)
