Resource Manager (m/f/d)

In the project environment, you support the creation of personnel demand planning and the management of the project capacities. You coordinate the planning of your own services based on reference projects, systems and project-specific requirements in the ERP system. You require measures (e.g. budget shifts, capacity adjustments) and escalate them if necessary. As part of the integrated planning, you actively support the survey of project status and manage key number-based control measures. You create standardized reports and evaluations for project management. You actively develop and optimize existing processes and methods in resource management.

You have successfully completed a technical or commercial study. You bring first professional experience in the described area of responsibility. You have expertise in controlling and managing work hours in the project. You are safe in handling SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). High structuring, enforcement and implementation capabilities are of course for you. You have a strong team & communication skills.
