Be part of our team and take care of your expertise in network usage accounting and receivable management for stable, legally compliant and smooth processes. We need constructive and helpful cooperation, open communication and fun at work.

Network usage accounting & billing constructs: You build independent billing constructs and execute network usage accounting in time and quality assurance. Claim management & payment monitoring: You keep in mind payment inputs and consistently implements payment defaults until judicial dunning. Complaint & Clearing: complaints, clarifications as well as required cancellation and recalculations you process structured and solution-oriented. System & master data management: You care and structure master data in our computer systems (including SAP IS-U), monitor the processes and initiate optimizations if necessary. Market Communication & Reporting: The compliance with statutory deadlines (including GPKE, GeLi Gas) is ensured, communicated with customers, suppliers and internal departments, and the initial evaluations for internal and external reporting. Projects & Special Tasks: If necessary, you will bring your expertise into projects and special tasks.

Your way of working: With a high degree of self-organization and resilience, you control your tasks independently, set priorities safe and proceed in challenging situations in a solution-oriented manner. Your passion: You not only understand processes in the network economy, but consider them in the interplay of billing, market communication and system landscape. Your skills: In dealing with IT systems, you are experienced – especially with SAP IS-U, SAP BW as well as common database and MS office applications. In addition, you can safely communicate with internal and external contacts and also professionally handle conflict situations. Your qualification: A successfully completed commercial training forms the basis of your profile. Your experience: Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in the network industry and know the relevant processes from practice.
